What every workshop includes
- Scoping conversation to understand the team, context, goals and success measures
- Full bespoke design — minimum three days of build, with scenarios tailored to your environment
- Two-person facilitation on the day to keep participation, energy and quality high

Half day or full day. Remote or in person — preference is in person. Designed for up to 16 participants with two facilitators. Optional add-ons include DISC Core reports and Leadership IQ assessments.
