Sectors include financial services, management consultancy, non-profits, and growing SMEs.

Where are you based and do you work with people outside London?

We are based in the London area. One to one coaching is available remotely with clients anywhere in the world. Hybrid and in person coaching options are available for clients in the London area. Workshops and programmes can be delivered remotely to organisations globally, and in person where the client confirms the venue and location.

What is coaching?

A coach's role is to facilitate positive change for the client. Coaching is a non-directive technique for enabling others to unlock their potential. Open, non-judgmental questions and other instruments are used to guide the client through a thought process by which they can externalise their ideas — and examine them with greater clarity, before goal-setting and taking action. Coaching offers a powerful set of tools which can be applied in a range of situations. Our specialism is in professional development, performance and leadership coaching.

Quite honestly, it can be anything. Our primary focus is enabling you to develop your professional expertise and to overcome challenges in your career, by encouraging exploration of your own value systems, limiting beliefs and aspirations. In doing so, this has a wider impact on your life — both professionally and personally. We help you identify what matters most to you and the pathways to meet those aspirations.

What is the difference between career coaching and leadership coaching?

Career coaching is for professionals who want greater clarity, confidence, and progression in their careers. Common reasons to start include feeling stuck, wanting a promotion, navigating a career change, or improving how they show up and communicate at work. Leadership coaching is for hands on leaders and new people managers who need stronger leadership habits while remaining close to delivery. This focuses on influence, feedback, accountability, delegation, difficult conversations, and leading under pressure. Both are delivered as a six session package over six months, with 60 or 90 minute sessions and WhatsApp support between sessions Monday to Friday.

How many coaching sessions do I get and how long are they?

Each coaching package includes six sessions delivered over six months. You choose either 60 minutes or 90 minutes per session, selected when booking each session in advance.

Can I contact my coach between sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. WhatsApp support is included between sessions, available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Responses are within 24 hours. Voice notes are welcome. Support is kept relevant to your agreed coaching goals. There are no weekend replies and no unlimited on-demand access outside these hours.

What types of workshops do you run?

We run bespoke workshops across four main areas: soft skills and communication (active listening, feedback, confidence under pressure, credibility in high stakes conversations); leadership development (influence, delegation, accountability, coaching habits, managing performance); team values and ways of working (defining values, translating them into observable behaviours, and aligning how the team works day to day); and DISC profiling (building self awareness, improving communication, and giving teams a shared language for behaviour, strengths, and how to work effectively across different styles). Every workshop is built from scratch for the client. There are no generic slide decks.

Do you run longer programmes as well as single workshops?

Yes. For organisations that want sustained development rather than a one-off session, we design and deliver multi-workshop programmes tailored to the team's goals and timeline. These can combine workshops, coaching between sessions, and follow-up support to embed learning over time. Programme pricing is not fixed. It depends on the number of workshops, the topics covered, whether coaching support is included between or after sessions, and the overall scope. We scope each programme individually to make sure it reflects what the organisation actually needs. How many people can attend a workshop?

Workshops are designed for up to 16 participants. We use one facilitator per eight participants as our planning guide. Groups of more than eight participants are delivered with two facilitators as standard. Single facilitator delivery is available on request with pricing adjusted accordingly. The venue is sourced by the client and travel costs are included within the price.

What do we get after the workshop?

Every workshop includes a post-workshop output covering the feedback write-up, a key takeaways summary, and a recommendations pack provided to the client. This takes between half a day and a full day to produce and is included within the workshop price. The aim is to ensure the day translates into lasting behaviour change, not just a positive experience in the room.

What is DISC profiling and why is it useful?

It gives individuals and teams a shared language for working together more effectively, reducing avoidable friction and improving day to day collaboration. We use DISC as a tool for real behaviour change, not a label. The focus is always on practical application and improvement in performance and relationships.

An individual DISC session is 90 to 120 minutes and costs £150. The DISC Core Report assessment is £75 per person, sourced separately via a third-party provider. Team DISC workshops are priced the same as bespoke workshops, with the DISC assessment cost additional at £75 per person.

It provides measurable insight into leadership style and soft skills, with clear development actions and optional 360 feedback from up to ten people you select. Users complete assessments through the app, view detailed reports, and choose additional assessments as needed. Coaching support is available if you want help interpreting results or building a development plan.

What is the difference between a self assessment and a 360 assessment?

A self assessment captures your own perception of your soft skills across the areas you choose to assess. A 360 assessment adds external perspective by inviting up to ten people you select — colleagues, managers, or direct reports — to provide input on the same skills. The comparison between the two often highlights blind spots and differences between how you see yourself and how others experience you.

Can my employer pay for coaching or a workshop?

Yes. Many clients are supported by their employer, either through an L&D budget, a people development initiative, or a direct manager sponsoring the engagement. We can provide a proposal addressed to the relevant stakeholder and structure the engagement to meet organisational reporting or sign-off requirements. We are happy to discuss this on a discovery call.
